I have a NAO v4 developer kit. The robot has been active and functional as of a few months ago, but lately fails to boot. I runs through all four stages of initialization, but then the chest blinks red. The web interface and SSH are reachable, but the web interface just spins and times out.
I've tried some troubleshooting, such as removing the KO files in /media/internal, but that didn't have any effect (and those files were empty anyway).
I checked to see if the disk is full, but it's not, with 97% used on the root partition (that is, admittedly, pretty full).
While trying to free up disk space, I did find some apparent corruption:
Aizakku [err 1] /var/persistent/home/nao/.config/pulse $ ls -la
ls: cannot access de08e9a236874ef168569e4e00000124-runtime: Input/output error

I'm unable to delete that name.
What are my options to troubleshoot? I'm happy to factory reset the Nao, but without a web interface, I've been unable to do so. I've seen references indicating that it's possible to factory reset using SSH, which I'd like to do but I'm not sure where to start. Do I need the naoqi image and if so, is it possible to download it?
