Scenario


  • Pick gear blanks (WIP) from a peg board fixture and loads the lathe
  • Close the CNC Lathe door manually
  • Robot sends a signal to the CNC Lathe for the machine cycle start
  • When the machine cycle is finished it will signal to the robot that it is done
  • Robot opens the door, picks the part from the lathe, and places on a finished goods peg board
  • Landmark on the lathe, WIP peg board, and finished goods peg board
