Please pack the Sawyer incl. all accessories in its original packaging. Only in the original packaging is the Sawyer sufficiently protected from damage during shipping.

If you no longer have the original packaging, you can purchase a new one from us. 

We will be happy to make you an offer.

Should you opt for alternative packaging, we must point out that transport damage will be at your expense. 

Should we arrange collection for you, please inform us of the packaging dimensions.

Note: We will only return your product to you in its original packaging. If you do not send the product to us in this packaging, or your original box is no longer deemed suitable by us for return shipping, we will charge you for the original packaging that we will use for return shipping.

Please note the ticket number on the shipment so that your Sawyer can be assigned to us. If the ticket number is not noted on the shipment and we are therefore unable to allocate it, we reserve the right to return the robot to you at your expense.
