Emulator Crash in Android Studio Chipmunk

When I try to start the Emulator (Pepper (API 7)) in Android Studio Chipmunk | 2021.2.1 Patch 2 on a Windows 10 machine it loads until about 17% and then crashes. The debug message states:

Unhandled exception at 0x00007FFF04223E23 (qi.dll) in studio64.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF. Is this a known problem? What can I do?
